Harvesting the 2025 vintage<\/h2>\n

For us, September means harvest time. It is time to reap all the work invested since the last season and time to work really hard in the winery to produce the best wines. Every year, we notice that the harvest is getting earlier. The increase in temperatures observed over the last 70 years has led to earlier budding, veraison, ripening and, therefore, harvesting in many of Europe’s wine-growing regions, which can have negative consequences on the final quality of the wine. This is where the minority varieties that we are rescuing thanks to Minorsens become important. As we have mentioned before, many of these varieties have a longer cycle, which allows us to obtain grapes with a high sugar concentration, moderate alcohol content, medium-high acidity and medium-low pH. The feelings about this harvest are really good. The harvest is being staggered and, indeed, at the end of September there are still some varieties to be picked despite the heat we had in August. These good temperatures have allowed for proper ripening and good health of the grapes, so we expect wines of exceptional quality.<\/p>\n

We celebrate the Interreg Cooperation Day launching a promotional video<\/h2>\n

On September 21st, we celebrated the Interreg Cooperation Day<\/a>, which has been held annually for 35 years to highlight the impact of projects co-financed by the Interreg program. Several events are organized throughout Europe to showcase the activities being carried out thanks to this program and the collaboration between different countries and entities. This year, the common theme is the values of the European Union and how they can transcend borders. Minorsens wanted to celebrate this date by launching a preview of our promotional video on social media.<\/p>\n
