Impressions on vintage 2025

Year after year the grape harvest in Portugal and Spain is being brought forward as a result of rising temperatures, which accelerates the ripening of the grapes. This can lead to unbalanced grape ripening, which is why projects such as Minorsens are essential to find adapted and sustainable solutions. This year’s harvest was very staggered, starting in August and ending in the second week of October. The ripening of the minority varieties has been correct, with excellent health and good production. Expectations for the wines of this vintage are very optimistic, so we expect a high quality production.
